The most powerful tool in its class, the M18 Fuel™ 1/4” hex impact driver from Milwaukee Power Tools provides up to 1,800 in-lbs. of fastening torque. With a proprietary, 4-mode Drive Control system, it drives screws faster and provides better control of power and speed.
 
A specially-engineered brushless motor provides up to 3,000 RPM with constant power output. The advanced Redlink Plus™ electronic control system helps prevent damage to the driver and battery caused by overload or overheating. The M18 Fuel™ 1/4” hex impact driver also utilizes Milwaukee’s Redlithium™ XC5.0 battery packs to deliver more work per charge, as well as longer overall working life.

4-Mode Drive Control™

M18 Fuel™ 1/4” hex impact driver’s Drive Control™ system offers greater control of power and output speed. Mode 1 is capable of speeds up to 850 RPM; Mode 2 can reach up to 2,100 RPM; Mode 3 offers full speed performance up to 3,000 RPM; Mode 4 (Self-Tapping Screw Mode) reduces walking when installing self-tapping screws and reduces overdriving, breakage, and stripping.
